Orders made with AfterPay can only be returned for Store Credit via our online returns process. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until the order has been paid in full.
Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your return.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, and to prevent fraud, abuse or misuse of the Returns Policy, Sage and Paige may refuse to accept returned items if we identify an unreasonable or excessive return pattern, or if we otherwise reasonably believe you are overusing or abusing our Returns Policy. Returned goods that do not meet the following criteria will be declined, and may be sent back at your cost.
- Return must be lodged within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, and must not be worn, washed, altered, stained or perfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Sage and Paige hangtags, attached.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postage labels.
- Bag returns must include the original packaging, with the security seal intact.
- Merchandise is excluded from returns: accessories (e.g. earrings, necklaces), hair accessories, hats, intimates, stockings and items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’.
- FINAL SALE: All items with prices ending in $XX.50 are Final Sale.
Please follow the returns process for your location to ensure the return is processed promptly and correctly. Please note delivery fees paid at the time of placing your orders will not be refunded or credited back.
To simplify your returns process, please submit your return request and purchase a return label at USD $12.99 via our US returns portal, then drop it in your nearest USPS box or take it to a local post shop.

We are unable to offer return labels for International Orders. Duties and taxes are not refunded on international returns.
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges. Instead, simply return it for Store Credit and you can order an alternative size or product separately.

Store Credit will be provided in the form of a Gift Card.
Store Credit is valid for 3 years from the issuing date.

Purchases made with Store Credit can only be refunded back as Store Credit.
