Return Policy
Sage and Paige is committed to customer satisfaction – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of the order delivery date.
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.
Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your return.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, and to prevent fraud, abuse or misuse of the Returns Policy, Sage and Paige may refuse to accept returned items if we identify an unreasonable or excessive return pattern, or if we otherwise reasonably believe you are overusing or abusing our Returns Policy. Returned goods that do not meet the following criteria will be declined, and may be sent back at your cost.
- Return must be lodged within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, and must not be worn, washed, altered, stained or perfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Sage and Paige hangtags, attached.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postage labels.
- Bag returns must include the original packaging, with the security seal intact.
- Merchandise is excluded from returns: accessories (e.g. earrings, necklaces), hair accessories, hats, intimates, stockings, phone accessories and items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’.
- FINAL SALE: All items with prices ending in $XX.50 are Final Sale.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges. Instead, simply return it for Store Credit and you can order an alternative size or product separately.
Return Processing
Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your return, but high-volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact returns@sageandpaige.com

USA Returns
To simplify your returns process, please submit your return request and purchase a return label at USD $12.99 via our US returns portal, then drop it in your nearest USPS box or take it to a local post shop.

International Returns
For returns other than USA or Singapore, please contact the Sage and Paige Customer Service Team via returns@sageandpaige.com to process International Returns.
We are unable to offer return labels for International Orders. Duties and taxes are not refunded on international returns.
Store Credit
Store Credit will be provided in the form of a Gift Card.
Sage and Paige Store Credit:
- Is valid for 2 years from the issuing date
- Can only be used at sageandpaige.com.au
- Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
- Is not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied on previous or existing orders
- If a combination of store credit and card/PayPal/AfterPay/ZipPay payment has been used then the store credit will be refunded first followed by the remaining payment method.
Faulty Items
The Sage and Paige team does a thorough inspection of all goods before shipping, and we stand behind the quality of our product. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Team via returns@sageandpaige.com. Photo evidence of a fault claim is required prior to approving the return.
